Learn In 21 Days What Takes Most People Months To Master

This course gives you a step by step instruction in yoga from the ground up. Learn proper form and safety at your own pace, on your own schedule, from the comfort of your home. Apply what you learn as you go. Video tutorials are 5-10 minutes long while flows can range from 20-30 minutes to help build stamina, muscular endurance, and flexibility while learning the terminology.

ABOUT THE INSTRUCTOR

Noko is a kinesiology, health, strength, and conditioning specialist and registered yoga instructor with over 20 years of experience in the fitness field. She has worked as a personal trainer, group fitness instructor, and yoga coach for team sports, private clients, and college students.

Noko currently teaches nutrition, health, yoga, and motor learning at the college level. She has a yoga channel that promotes physical and emotional transformation through safe practices. Her unique approach to spine health uses a holistic system that includes nutrition and mindful breathing in addition to yoga.

My personal and professional experiences as a certified strength coach, registered yoga instructor, and college faculty allow me to empathize with you, understand your frustrations, and provide a safe and supportive instruction in all my teaching.
